Objective:To explore the impact of a pain care intervention model based on SWOT analysis on pain and sleep quality in patients with traumatic fractures. Methods:A total of 84 patients with traumatic fracture surgery admitted from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42)by random stratification. The control group carried out routine care, and the observation group carried out a pain care intervention model based on the SWOT analysis method, comparing the nursing effect of the two groups of patients. Results:The VAS score of 2,6 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared to the control group, the observation group had significantly lower PSQI scores after intervention(P<0.05);the observation group had shorter hospital stays, shorter fracture healing times, and a lower incidence of postoperative complications than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with traumatic fractures,a pain care intervention model based on SWOT analysis can effectively alleviate pain, improve sleep quality, and promote postoperative recovery. It is worth promoting clinically.
