Objective:To implement comprehensive nursing care during laparoscopic treatment of uterine fibroids in patients,and to explore and analyze the impact of this nursing model on their hospital stay,bleeding volume,and postoperative sleep quality.Methods:Ninety patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were select-ed,all of whom received laparoscopic treatment.According to simple randomization method,the patients were divided into a con-trol group(conventional nursing,n=45 cases)and an observation group(comprehensive nursing,n=45 cases),and Mental state,length of stay,blood loss,sleep quality were compared and analyzed.Results:The operation time,the intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,post-intervention mental state score and sleep quality scale(PSQI)score,and postoperative complications were all lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can reduce intraoperative bleeding in patients with laparoscopic treatment of uterine fibroids,improve postoperative sleep quality and mentality,shorten hospital stay,and is recom-mended.
