Objective:To analyze the impact of humanized intervention on postpartum sleep quality and fatigue level of parturients. Methods:A total of 42 postpartum women who were treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group(n=20)and an observation group(n=22)using a random number table method. The control group received routine postpartum nursing inter-vention,while the observation group received humanized nursing intervention. The Asens Insomnia Scale(AIS)and Self Sleep As-sessment were used to compare the changes in sleep quality before and after intervention in two groups of patients. The Fatigue As-sessment Inventory(FAI)was used to compare the degree of fatigue in the two groups of parturients before and after intervention. Results:After intervention, the AIS and FAI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized psycho-logical intervention can effectively improve the sleep quality of postpartum women, reduce physical fatigue, and promote postpar-tum recovery, which has clinical promotion and application value.
