Objective:To explore structural psychological support combined with emotional nursing on sleep quality of children under observation in emergency department.Methods:A total of 54 pediatric from the department of Pediatrics,The First Affilia-ted Hospital of Xiamen University from June 2021 to December 2023,patients included in the study were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(27 pediatric in each group)with routine care in the control group and structured care in the observation group support combined with emotional nursing,and compared the scores of social anxiety scale(SASC)and chil-dren's sleep habits survey(CSHQ)between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SASC and CSHQ scores between 2 groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SASC and CSHQ scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In summary,structural psychological support combined with emotional nursing intervention program can effectively improve the psychological state of children under emergency observation,improve sleep quality,and provide support for children and their families.
