Objective:To analyze the effect of magnetic concept of motivational nursing combined with hand touch nursing on the sleep of thyroid surgery patients.Methods:A total of 90 thyroid surgery patients who came to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xia-men University from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(conventional care,n=45)and the observation group(motivational nursing with magnetic concept+hand caressing nurs-ing,n=45)by using the randomized numerical table method.The sleep condition,sleep quality and psychological stress of the two groups were compared.Results:The deep sleep,light sleep and total sleep duration of the observation group were longer than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The sleep quality scores,anxiety scores and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The magnetic concept of motivational nursing+hand touch nursing is beneficial to improve the sleep condition,and can be further promoted and applied in the clinic.
