Objective:To analyze the role and impact of comprehensive intervention in chronic myeloid leukemia. Methods:Eighty patients with chronic myeloid leukemia admitted to the Hematology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients. The Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms in the two groups of patients. The Short Form of Health Survey(SF-36)was used to compare the changes in quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after intervention. Results:After intervention, the PSQI score,SAS score, and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ap-plication of comprehensive intervention in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia has high practical value, which is beneficial for improving their sleep quality and prognosis, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
