Observation of the Effect of Diversified Preoperative Visits Combined with Operating Room Insulation Nursing on Improving Patient's Psychological State and Sleep Quality
Objective:To observe the effect of diversified preoperative visits combined with operating room insulation nursing on improving the psychological state and sleep quality of patients.Methods:A total of 86 surgical treatment patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group,using a random number table meth-od.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received diversified preoperative visits combined with operating room insulation nursing intervention.The CD-RISC scale was used to evaluate the psychological status of patients during surgery.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality between two groups of patients before and after intervention,and the changes in stress indicators such as adrenaline and norepinephrine levels were compared between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the CD-RISC scale score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the PSQI scale score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The levels of adrenaline and norepinephrine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Diversified preoperative visits combined with operating room insulation care can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,improve their psychological state,and reduce stress reactions during surgery when caring for surgical patients.It is wor-thy of clinical promotion and application.
