Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the considerate intervention mode which focuses on optimizing psychology and sleep in patients undergoing pancreatic cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 68 patients with pancreatic cancer were obtained between November 2022 and December 2023 from First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received considerate intervention based on optimizing psychology and sleep.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The comfort level of observation group was higher than that of the control group;the cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statisti-cally significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with pancreatic cancer are treated with a thoughtful intervention mod-el that focuses on optimizing psychology and sleep can effectively relieve pain,improve self-efficacy,improve the symptoms of cancer fatigue,and have high comfort level,with clinical promotion value.
