Objective:To analyze the effect of sleep care on the sleep quality of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after endoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 70 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to the 910th Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistics Support Force from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention.The sleep quality scale of our hospital was used to compare the difference of sleep quality between the two groups before and after intervention.The Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the psychological status of the two groups of patients before and after intervention.The SF-36 Quality of Life Scale was used to compare the changes in quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after intervention,and the nursing satisfac-tion and incidence of complications of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After the intervention,the sleep time,sleep disorder and hypnotic drug scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the sleep time of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The SAS score,and SDS score of the ob-servation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing can re-duce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients undergoing nasal endoscopy,improve their sleep quality,alleviate their anxiety and depression,and enhance their quality of life.It has good clinical promotion and application value.
