Objective:Explore the impact of preoperative visits and education on the sleep quality of operating room patients in clinical practice.Methods:In this study,100 patients receiving clinical surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected to participate in the analysis and dividedinto control group and observation group according to random number table method.The study group received preoperative visit and education,and the control group received routine visit intervention,with 50 patients in each group.The sleep quality,emotional score,cognitive degree,cooperation degree and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were analyzed.Results:The sleep quality score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The emotional score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compatibility of the study group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),P<0.05.Nursing satisfaction of the study group(98.00%)was higher than that of the con-trol group(84.00%),x2value=5.982 9,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical use of preoperative visit and education intervention in operating room patients has significant effects,can improve patients'sleep quality,reduce patients'negative emotion accumulation,improve patients'nursing compliance,and is worthy of clinical recommen-dation.
