Objective:To analyze the application effect and value of mindfulness decompression mode in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:Sixty patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from January to Decem-ber 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 30 cases in each group.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the changes in mental state of the two groups before and after the intervention, and the changes in sleep quality of the two groups were assessed by polysomnea analysis system(SW-SM2000C).Results:Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the evaluation of psychological status and sleep quality between the two groups; After intervention, the HAMD and HAMA scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the sleep efficiency and total sleep time in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The number of awakenings and sleep latency in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mindfulness decom-pression mode has high application value in patients with coronary heart disease, and can have a positive impact on improving their psychological state and sleep quality. It is worth recommending and implementing in the nursing work of coronary heart disease pa-tients.
