Objective:To explore the impact of standardized pain nursing combined with functional exercise nursing on the sleep quality, pain level, and joint function of patients undergoing hip replacement surgery. Methods:From March 2023 to March 2024,66 patients who underwent hip replacement surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The con-trol group carried out routine nursing, the observation group carried out standardized pain intervention combined with functional exercise.Compare the sleep quality, pain level, and joint function of patients. Results:The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)were compared between groups, and the observation group had lower scores after intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average daily sleep time and the longest continuous sleep time at night were longer than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Harris hip function score was higher in the observation group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stand-ardized pain intervention combined with functional exercise can improve the quality of sleep, reduce the degree of pain and pro-mote the recovery of joint function during hip replacement.
