Effects of Temperature Management Combined with Preoperative Experiential Nursing on Awakening and Sleep Quality of Patients Undergoing General Anesthesia
Objective:To observe the effects of temperature management combined with preoperative experiential nursing on a-wakening and sleep quality in patients undergoing general anesthesia.Methods:A total of 130 patients undergoing general anes-thesia surgery in Xinglin Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were selected,and the samples were included from September 2022 to September 2023.All cases were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the reference admission or-der,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received temperature man-agement combined with preoperative experiential nursing.The wake quality,sleep quality score and the level of 6-hydroxymelato-nin sulfate(aMT6s)were evaluated comprehensively.Results:The spontaneous breathing time,consciousness recovery time,cath-eter withdrawal time and PACU residence time in the observation group were significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were significantly reduced in the observation group after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with control group,aMT6s concentration in observation group was significantly increased at 1 d,3 d and 5 d after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Temperature management combined with pre-operative experiential nursing can significantly reduce recovery time,stabilize aMT6s level and improve subjective sleep quality in patients undergoing general anesthesia.
