Objective:To explore the effect of operating room care combined with pain intervention in trauma fracture patients,and to analyze the effect of this nursing mode on patient sleep quality.Methods:A total of 72 trauma fracture patients admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were named as the control group and observation group.36 patients were included in the control group received routine operating room care;36 patients were included in the observation group received operating room care+pain intervention.Comparative indexes:postoperative recovery time,postoperative pain score,sleep quality score and postoperative complications.Results:Compared with the control group,the days of activity,hospitalization days and the fracture heal-ing weeks were shorter(P＜0.05);the pain scores and sleep quality scores in the 1 d,3 d and 7 d were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group(25.00％),the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(5.56％)was lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combined nursing mode of operating room nursing and pain intervention for patients with trauma fracture can shorten the postoperative fracture recovery time,improve sleep quality,reduce postoperative pain,control the occurrence of complications,and make patients get comfortable nursing experience.
