摘要

目的:探究脑梗死恢复期患者接受整体干预对其对睡眠质量、康复效果的影响.方法:选取2023年1月至9月福建省立医院神经内科收治的脑梗死恢复期患者56例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组28例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予整体干预,比较2组护理情况.结果:干预后,观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分下降,Barthel指数(BI)评分均较对照组高(P＜0.05).结论:在脑梗死恢复期患者中应用整体干预可改善患者睡眠质量与神经功能,提高日常生活能力,值得在临床上推广使用.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the overall care effect of patients with cerebral infarction at restoration stage on sleep quality and recovery effect.Methods:A total of 56 patients with cerebral infarction at restoration stage from January to September 2023 were divided into control group(28 cases,routine care)and observation group(28 cases,overall care)by the random number ta-ble,and the nursing situation of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,compared with control group,Pitts-burgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores decreased,and Barthel index(BI)scores increased in the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of overall care in patients with cerebral infarction at restoration stage can improve their sleep quality and neurological function,and improve their daily living ability,which is worth clinical promotion.
