Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive intervention on sleep quality and adverse reactions in lung cancer chemotherapy patients. Methods:A total of 48 lung cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to the Oncology Department of Xiamen University Affiliated First Hospital from January 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 24 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients, and to compare the incidence of adverse reactions before and after intervention between the two groups of patients. Results:After inter-vention,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive intervention in lung cancer chemotherapy pa-tients can achieve good results, and comprehensive intervention can better improve the patient's sleep quality and reduce the oc-currence of adverse reactions.
