Objective:To explore the value of coprehensive nursing intervention in pain and sleep quality in patients with ad-vanced lung cancer.Methods:From February 2023 to February 2024,a total of 80 patients with advanced lung cancer were screened,divided into a control group of 40 patients(usual care intervention)and a observation group of 40 patients(comprehen-sive care intervention)by random number table method.Pain,sleep improvement effect,sleep quality and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in visual analog Scale(VAS)score,sleep improvement effect(sleep duration,sleep efficiency,sleep time,wake times),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,and 36-item Short Form Health Scale(SF-36)score between 2 groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the observa-tion group was significantly better than the control group in pain VAS score,sleep improvement effect(sleep duration,sleep effi-ciency,sleep time,wake times),sleep quality PSQI score,and SF-36 score,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with advanced lung cancer can effectively relieve the pain and improve the quality of sleep and life,which is worth promoting.
