Objective:To explore the effect of early nutritional support and sleep care in patients after esophageal cancer. Methods:According to the method of random number table,56 patients with esophageal cancer who were 2023 from April to September of the 2023 were divided into control group(28 cases, routine nursing)and Observation Group(28 cases, early nutri-tional support and sleep intervention),the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The gastrointestinal recovery time index in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the observation group had a lower sleep quality scale(PSQI)score and a higher level of nutritional index compared with control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After early nutritional support and sleep care, their gastrointestinal recovery time was reduced, sleep quality and nutritional index im-proved and less complications.
