Objective:To evaluate the application value of induced sleep care in patients with post-stroke sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 62 patients with post-stroke sleep disorder admitted to Ningde Hospital affiliated to Ningde Normal University from June 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given induced sleep nursing intervention.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms between the two groups,polysomnography was used to detect polysomnography parameters between the two groups,and the changes in sleep quality before and after interven-tion were compared with the AIS.Results:After the intervention,the sleep latency time,wake times and wake time of the observa-tion group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the total sleep time of the observation group was significant-ly longer than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the intervention,the psychological status scores of SAS,SDS and AIS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of clinical nursing for patients with post-stroke sleep disorders has more effects and advantages,and can actively improve the psychological state of patients and improve sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
