Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of using remifentanil combined with aluminum magnesium suspension in the treatment of stress gastric ulcers,and its impact on symptom improvement and sleep quality.Methods:Fifty patients with stress-induced gastric ulcers admitted to the Second Hospital of Changle District,Fuzhou City From January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(25 cases)received rou-tine treatment,and the observation group(25 cases)received treatment with remifentanil combined with aluminum magnesium suspension.The time for symptom improvement(upper abdominal pain,acid reflux,abdominal distension,and heartburn)after treatment was compared between the two groups.The sleep status and sleep related scores before and after treatment were analyzed between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the improvement time of clinical symptoms in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the sleep duration,time from closing eyes to falling asleep,Pittsburgh sleep quality index and Athens insomnia Scale score of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of remifentanil and aluminum mag-nesium suspension can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stress gastric ulcers.Compared with conventional treatment modes,it can also alleviate their sleep status,prolong sleep time,and contribute to physical recovery,which is worth promoting.
