摘要

目的:分析中医特色干预对体外冲击波治疗足底筋膜炎患者睡眠质量的效果.方法:选取2022年2月至2023年6月厦门市中医院骨一科收治的足底筋膜炎患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例.2组均实施体外冲击波治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组为中医特色干预,分析干预效果.结果:干预后,观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)得分低于对照组,观察组干预后血栓素B2、5-羟色胺低于对照组,观察组的足踝功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:中医特色干预能促进接受体外冲击波足底筋膜炎患者足踝功能恢复,改善睡眠质量.

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the effect of TCM characteristic intervention on sleep quality of patients with plantar fasciitis treated by extracorporeal shock wave.Methods:From February 2022 to June 2023,120 patients with plantar fasciitis in Xiamen First Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group,and the control group received routine nursing care.The observation group was treated with TCM characteristic intervention.The effect of intervention was analyzed.Results:After intervention,the score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Ascent Insomnia Scale(AIS)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the thromboxane B2,5-HT of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the foot and ankle function score of the observation group was higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion:TCM characteristic intervention can promote the recovery of ankle function of patients with plantar fasciitis receiving extracorporeal shock wave and improve sleep quality.
