摘要

目的:观察基于健康促进模式的心肺康复护理对老年冠心病患者心功能及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2021年10月至2022年10月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院心血管内科老年冠心病住院患者82例进行回顾性分析,按照患者出院日期分为对照组和观察组,每组41例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于健康促进模式的心肺康复护理.比较2组护理前后心脏储备功能、心肺功能、睡眠质量.结果:护理后,2组患者左心室射血分数、峰值心率、安静时峰值代谢当量均较本组护理前升高(P＜0.05),且观察组左心室射血分数、峰值心率、安静时峰值代谢当量均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).护理后,2组6 min步行距离(6MWD)均较本组治疗前升高,博格评分(Brog评分)均较本组护理前降低(P＜0.05),且观察组6MWD高于对照组(P＜0.05),Brog评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).护理后,2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均较本组护理前降低(P＜0.05),且观察组PSQI评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:基于健康促进模式的心肺康复护理能改善老年冠心病患者心脏储备功能及心肺功能,提高睡眠质量.

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation nursing based on health promotion model on cardiac function and effect of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 82 inpatients with elderly coronary heart disease(CHD)in the cardiovascular Department of Ningde Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected for retrospective analysis,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the discharge date,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received car-diopulmonary rehabilitation nursing based on health promotion model.Cardiac reserve function,cardiopulmonary function and sleep quality were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results:After nursing,left ventricular ejection fraction,peak heart rate and peak metabolic equivalent at rest in 2 groups were higher than those before nursing(P＜0.05),and left ven-tricular ejection fraction,peak heart rate and peak metabolic equivalent at rest in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,6 min walking distance(6 MWD)in 2 groups was higher than that before treat-ment,and Brog score was lower than that before care(P＜0.05),6 MWD in observation group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05),and Brog score was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality in-dex(PSQI)score of the 2 groups was lower than that before nursing(P＜0.05),and the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation nursing based on health promotion model can improve cardiac reserve function and cardiopulmonary function,and improve sleep quality in elderly patients with coro-nary heart disease.
