Objective:To explore the effect of protective sleep combined with incentive psychological intervention on sleep quality of patients after cesarean section.Methods:A total of 98 cases of parturients undergoing cesarean section treated in the Depart-ment of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Taiwan Investment Area Hospital in Quanzhou,Fujian Province from January 2023 to De-cember 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given incentive psychological nursing intervention,and the observation group was given protective sleep intervention based on the control group.The Assens Insomnia Scale(AIS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to compare the changes in sleep quality of the two groups before and after the in-tervention,the McGill standard scale was used to compare the degree of maternal pain,the Chinese version of mental resilience scale(CD-RISC)was used to compare the changes in mental resilience of the two groups,and the maternal nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,the psychological resilience CD-RISC score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the sleep quality PSQI score,AIS score and pain McGill score of the obser-vation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After intervention,the total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of protec-tive sleep and incentive psychological intervention can significantly improve the sleep quality,relieve pain,improve the psychologi-cal state and nursing satisfaction of the parturient after cesarean section,which is worthy of clinical application.
