Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted intervention on sleep quality in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding during menopause.Methods:A total of 70 patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB)admitted to the Depart-ment of Gynecology,Ningde Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received targeted nursing inter-vention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the difference of sleep quality between the two groups,and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and de-pression symptoms between the two groups.Results:After intervention,PSQI score,SAS score and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted intervention for menopausal DUB patients has significant curative effect,which is conducive to relieving the negative psychological state of patients,improving sleep quality and further improving the overall prognosis,which has high clinical reference value.
