Effects of Pain Intervention Combined with Focused Psychological Counseling Based on Nursing Team Strategy on Sleep Quality and Complications in Patients after Gastric Cancer Surgery
Objective:To study the effects of pain intervention combined with focused psychological counseling based on nursing team strategy on sleep quality and complications in patients with gastric cancer after surgery.Methods:A total of 90 patients with gastric cancer who were hospitalized in the Second Department of Surgery in Longyan People's Hospital of Fujian Province from September 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by coin toss method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given pain combined with focused psychological counseling based on the nursing team strategy.The effects of the two groups on sleep quality and complications were compared.Results:After intervention,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of observation group were lower than those of control group at 24,72 h and 1 week after operation.After intervention,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality In-dex(PSQI)scores in all dimensions of the 2 groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group after intervention(P＜0.05).The incidence of incision,abdominal infection,diarrhea and intestinal adhesion complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Pain intervention combined with focused psychological guidance nursing under the nursing team strategy can significantly reduce the pain degree,improve the sleep quality and reduce postoperative complications of patients.
