To Analyze the Effect of Multidisciplinary Intervention Based on the Concept of Cognitive Goal Execution on the Sleep Quality of Patients after Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:To analyze the effect of multidisciplinary intervention based on the concept of cognitive goal execution on sleep quality of patients after intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 80 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given multidisciplinary intervention of cognitive goal implementa-tion concept. The total sleep time, sleep latency and sleep efficiency were recorded by polysomnimetric monitoring system, and the mental resilience level before and after the intervention was evaluated by mental resilience scale. Results:After the intervention, the total sleep time and sleep efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the sleep latency of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the psychological resilience score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidisciplinary intervention based on the concept of cognitive goal execution can effectively improve the mental resilience and sleep quality of patients after intracerebral hemorrhage, and is worthy of clinical application.
