Objective:To explore the implementation value and significance of centralized nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 74 patients in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology,Ningde Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study ob-jects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random odd-even number method, with 37 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received centralized nursing. The changes of self-effi-cacy[Stroke Self-Efficacy Questionnaire(SSEQ)],neurological function[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)],motor function[Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)]and sleep quality[Polysomnography Analysis System(SW-SM2000C)]before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the SSEQ scores of the observa-tion group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of observation group was lower than that of control group, and the FMA score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The sleep efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the total sleep time was longer, the number of awakenings and the sleep latency were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Centralized nursing intervention can have positive effects on self-efficacy,neurological function recovery and sleep quality of patients with cerebral infarction.
