Effect of Internet Combined with Evidence-based Nursing on Postoperative Complications and Sleep Quality of Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur
Objective:To explore the effect of Internet combined evidence-based nursing on postoperative complications and sleep quality of patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:A total of 80 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture after surgery in the Department of Orthopedics of the First Putian Hospital of Fujian Province from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by objective sampling method,with 40 ca-ses in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given Internet combined evidence-based nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications,hip function and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications was 5.00％(2/40)in the observation group and 20.00％(8/40)in the control group,which was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the Harris Hip Score(HHP)of the observa-tion group was higher in 4 dimensions than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Insomnia Severity Index(I SI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Internet combined with evidence-based nursing can reduce postoperative complications of intertrochan-teric fracture of femur,restore hip function and improve sleep quality.
