Objective:To explore the effects of relaxation training combined with pain management on pain degree and sleep qual-ity of patients with thyroid cancer after endoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 106 patients with thyroid cancer after endoscopic surgery admitted to the Department of General Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to October 2023 were collected as research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random throwing method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with relaxation training,and the observation group was treated with relaxation training combined with pain management.Pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],recovery condi-tion and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After 14 days of intervention,the pain degree of the obser-vation group was less than that of the control group,the recovery condition was better,and the sleep quality was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of relaxation training and pain management can not only effectively relieve patients'pain,but also promote postoperative recovery and ensure patients get good sleep quality.
