Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of ABC emotional management mode and its influence on sleep quality in pa-tients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods:A total of 126 patients with hypertension combined with diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolic Disease in the First Fuzhou General Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random thro-wing method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received ABC emo-tional management mode nursing on the basis,and the intervention lasted for 6 months.Blood pressure,blood glucose level and sleep quality of the two groups were compared before and after care.Results:After nursing,the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HBA1c in 2 groups were lower than those before nursing(P＜0.05),and the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of Pitts-burgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)in 2 groups were lower than those before nursing(P＜0.05),and those of observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:ABC emotional management mode intervention can ef-fectively control blood pressure and blood glucose levels in the ideal range of patients with hypertension and diabetes,and can also effectively improve sleep quality.
