Effect of Low-intensity Intermittent Aerobic Exercise Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality and Limb Motor Function in Patients with Insomnia after Stroke
Objective:To observe the effect of low-intensity intermittent aerobic exercise nursing intervention on sleep quality and limb motor function in patients with post-stroke insomnia. Methods:A total of 68 patients with post-stroke insomnia admitted to the Department of Neurology of Ningde Hospital affiliated to Ningde Normal University from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group by simple randomization method, with 34 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received low-intensity intermittent aerobic exercise nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Sleep quality and limb motor function before and after nurs-ing were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the sleep depth, sleep time, wake times, wake time ratio and o-verall sleep quality scores of Richards-Campbell Sleep scale(RCSQ)in 2 groups were improved compared with those before treat-ment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the upper limb and lower limb scores of the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)in 2 groups were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the FMA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-intensity intermit-tent aerobic exercise nursing can improve the sleep quality and limb motor function of patients with insomnia after stroke.
