Objective:To explore the effect of flat responsibility nursing model on children with lower limb fracture surgery.Methods:Ninety-eight children with lower extremity fracture who underwent surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hos-pital of Xiamen University from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random throwing method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group combined with flat responsibility nursing on the basis of the control group.Functional exercise compliance,sleep quality[Chinese version of Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire(CSHQ)]and nursing satisfaction were com-pared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of nursing,the scores of functional exercise compliance and nursing satisfac-tion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CSHQ scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The flat responsibility nursing model is effective in children with lower limb fracture surgery,which can not only effectively improve the compliance of functional exercise,but also improve the sleep quality of children,and the overall nursing satisfaction is significantly improved.
