Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic nursing care on postoperative sleep quality and pain degree of patients with nephrolithiasis surgery.Methods:A total of 96 patients with nephrolithiasis surgery in the Department of Urology in the third Xiamen Hospital,Fujian Province from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived routine nursing,the observation group received humanistic nursing care,and the postoperative recovery time,sleep quality,pain degree and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of anal exhaust,defecation,getting out of bed and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group before nursing were similar to those in the control group(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was similar to that of the control group before surgery(P>0.05).The VAS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group at 6,12 and 24 hours after operation(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care and nursing intervention can shorten postoperative rehabilitation time,improve postoperative sleep quality,reduce postoperative pain and enhance nursing satis-faction.
