Objective:To analyze the effect of humanized intervention model on improving the sleep quality of emergency depart-ment patients. Methods:The study selected 80 patients admitted to the emergency department of Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2021 to November 2023 as the subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups by digital drawing:a control group(conventional nursing)and an observation group(conventional+humanized intervention),with 40 pa-tients in each group. The scores of the Inter group Resilience Inventory(CD-RISC),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory(PSQI),and sleep quality were compared. Results:After intervention, compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher CD-RISC score(P<0.05)and a lower PSQI score(P<0.05);the sleep quality of the observation group after nursing was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The humanized intervention model can significantly improve the sleep quality and psychological resilience of patients in emergency department nursing, and the comprehensive nursing effect is signifi-cant.
