Objective:To observe the effects of thematic health intervention on sleep and health behavior in patients with rheuma-toid arthritis.Methods:A total of 94 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Univer-sity from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine extended nursing in-tervention,and the observation group was given thematic health intervention prescription extended intervention on this basis.Self-perceived burden Scale(SPBS)was used to compare the changes of emotional burden,treatment burden,economic burden and care burden of the two groups before and after intervention,and insomnia severity index(ISI-C)was used to compare the improve-ment effect of insomnia symptoms between the two groups before and after intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the scores of self-perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),insomnia severity index(ISI-C)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thematic health prescription continuation intervention can reduce the perceived burden of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,alleviate insomnia symptoms,and promote the improvement of sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical application.
