Effects of Nutritional Intervention Nursing of Nasoenteric Tube and Nasogastric Tube on Complications of Aspiration Pneumonia and Sleep Quality in Patients with Cerebrovascular Accident
Objective:To explore the effects of nutritional intervention of nasenteral and nasogastric tubes on inhalation pneumo-nia complications and sleep quality in patients with cerebrovascular accidents. Methods:A total of 100 patients with cerebrovascu-lar accidents admitted to the Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from April 2021 to A-pril 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups provided routine care, the control group provided routine nasogastric tube nutrition intervention and the study group provided nasenteral tube nutri-tion intervention. The incidence of aspiration pneumonia, sleep quality score, and nutritional status were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of aspiration pneumonia was lower than the control group(P<0.05);sleep ency,PSQI score were lower, and actual sleep duration was higher than the control group(P<0.05);hemoglobin(Hb),serum albub(Alb),serum total protein(TP)were higher than the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nutrition intervention care of nasoenteral tube can reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia in patients with cerebrovascular accident, improve the sleep quality and nutritional status of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
