Objective:To explore the effect of targeted psychological nursing combined with auricular point pressure on sleep dis-orders in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 70 patients with schizophrenia sleep disorder admitted to the Depart-ment of Psychiatry in Quanzhou Third Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by drawing balls,with 35 cases in each group.The two groups received the treatment of earpoint pressure,the control group was combined with routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with targeted psychological nursing.The self-efficacy and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the self-efficacy scores of both groups were increased,and the self-efficacy scores of the observation group were sig-nificantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores in both groups de-creased,and the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Targeted psy-chological nursing combined with auricular acupoint compression can improve self-efficacy and sleep quality of patients with schiz-ophrenia,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
