Objective:To elucidate the pathological mechanism and treatment methods of patients with end-stage renal disease,and to analyze the effectiveness of hemodiafiltration combined with hemoperfusion.Methods:The study was conducted from Feb-ruary 2022 to July 2023,and 80 patients with end-stage renal disease were selected in Feicheng People's Hospital and divided into 2 groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the ob-servation group was divided into hemodialysis filtration combined with hemoperfusion treatment.The quality of life,sleep quality and treatment outcome of the 2 groups were evaluated.Results:The life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The sleep quality score of observation group was lower than that of control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Con-clusion:Hemodiafiltration combined with hemoperfusion therapy can scientifically regulate the sleep of patients with end-stage re-nal disease,prolong the time of deep sleep at night,and have a better prognosis for life recovery.
