Objective:To analyze the effects of evidence-based intervention on sleep quality and pain degree of patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods:A total of 80 patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy admitted to the De-partment of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,Hui'an County Hospital,Quanzhou City,Fujian Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received evidence-based intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the difference in sleep quality between the two groups,SF-36 was used to compare the changes in quality of life between the two groups before and after intervention, and visual analog scale(VAS)was used to compare the changes in pain between the two groups before and after in-tervention.Results:After intervention,PSQI score and VAS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and SF-36 score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based intervention in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy can significantly reduce their pain, improve the quality of sleep and improve the quality of life, which is wor-thy of recommendation.
