摘要
目的:探讨谷维素联合芬吗通对围绝经期综合征(PMS)患者睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022年6月至2023年6月福建省厦门市集美区灌口医院妇产科门诊就诊的80例PMS患者作为研究对象,按双色球盲盒法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例.对照组给予芬吗通治疗,观察组给予谷维素联合芬吗通治疗,比较2组临床疗效和安全性,比较2组治疗前后性激素[黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)]水平、神经递质[多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)]水平和睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表]变化.结果:观察组总有效率优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后2组LH、FSH水平和PSQI评分均明显下降(均P＜0.05),且观察组较对照组降幅更大(P＜0.05);2组E2、DA、5-HT、NE水平均明显上升(均P＜0.05),且观察组较对照组涨幅更大(P＜0.05);2组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:谷维素联合芬吗通治疗PMS可有效提高治疗效果,并有助于调节性激素水平和神经递质水平,对患者睡眠质量有明显改善作用,且安全性良好.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of combination therapy of oryzanol and Femoston on sleep quality of patients with perimenopausal syndrome(PMS).Methods:A total of 80 PMS patients diagnosed and treated in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Guankou Hospital,Jimei District,Xiamen,Fujian Province from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected for the stud-y.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using the numerical envelope method,with 40 pa-tients in each group.The control group was treated with fenpropafenone,while the observation group was treated with a combina-tion of glutamine and fenpropafenone.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared,and the levels of sex hor-mones[luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)],neurotransmitters[dopamine(DA),seroto-nin(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE)],and sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale]were recorded and compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,FSH,and PSQI scores in both groups significantly decreased(P＜0.05),and the obser-vation group showed a greater decrease than the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of E2,DA,5-HT,and NE in two groups sig-nificantly increased(P＜0.05),and the observation group showed a greater increase than the control group(P＜0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclu-sion:The combination of oryzanol and Femoston in the treatment of PMS can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and help regulate the levels of sex hormones and neurotransmitters.It has a significant improvement effect on the sleep quality of patients,with good safety.
