Objective:To explore the effectiveness of propacetamol hydrochloride injection for post-fracture pain management and its impact on patients'sleep quality. Methods:A total of 70 patients who underwent fracture surgery at Pingyi County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected for this study.Participants were randomly assigned into two groups of 35 patients each using a random number table method. The control group received tramadol hydrochloride for pain relief, while the observation group was administered propacetamol hydrochloride injections.Pain intensity, sleep quality, pain scores, frequency, and quality of life outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results:In terms of pain assessment, the observation group had a lower proportion of patients reporting mild or no pain, and the group also had significantly lower pain scores across different conditions, along with a lower frequency of breakthrough pain compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group showed lower sleep quality scores than the control group, and both groups saw improvements in quality of life after treatment, with the observation group showing a more significant improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of propacetamol hydrochloride injections provides significant benefits in reducing pain levels in post-fracture patients, while also im-proving sleep quality and enhancing overall quality of life.
