Objective:To investigate the effect of fluoxetine-melitracen combined with eszopiclone in the treatment of sleep disor-ders.Methods:A total of 60 patients with sleep disorders treated at the Health Management Department of the Jiangle County General Hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into a con-trol group(n=30),which received eszopiclone treatment,and an observation group(n=30),which received fluoxetine-melitracen in addition to eszopiclone.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to evaluate changes in sleep quality before and af-ter treatment,and the Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)was used to compare improvements in insomnia.The treatment efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were also compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the PSQI and ESS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The treatment effectiveness in the observa-tion group was significantly higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of fluoxetine-melitracen and eszopiclone is effective in improving sleep quality,in-creasing treatment efficiency,and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with sleep disorders.It is worthy of clini-cal promotion and application.
