Objective:To analyze the effect of universal-individual dual-track nursing care for patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy for uterine fibroids. Methods:A total of 98 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy in the Xiamen No.5 Hospital 2021 to December 2022 were divided into a control group(n=49,routine nursing care)and an observation group(n=49,univer-sal-individual dual-track nursing care).Postoperative recovery indicators, complication rates, sleep quality, and psychological sta-tus were compared between the two groups. Results:The observation group demonstrated shorter times to ambulation, bowel sounds, first flatus, and first defecation compared to the control group(all P<0.05).Post-nursing,both Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores decreased in both groups, with the observation group showing significantly lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observa-tion group was 2.04%(1/49),significantly lower than the 16.33%(8/49)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Univer-sal-individual dual-track nursing can improve sleep quality, reduce negative emotions, reduce the risk of complications, and accel-erate the postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy, and the clinical effect is good.
