Objective:To analyze the application effect of the Robocare intervention model on pain relief and sleep improvement in postoperative patients with uterine fibroids. Methods:A total of 86 patients who underwent surgery for uterine fibroids at Min-qing County General Hospital between March 2022 and November 2023 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group(n=43)and an observation group(n=43).The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group was provided with the Robocare intervention model. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to e-valuate changes in sleep quality before and after the intervention.Pain levels were assessed using the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),and quality of life was evaluated using the Short Form Health Survey(SF-36).Additionally,time to fall asleep and night-time awakenings were compared between the two groups. Results:After the intervention, the PSQI and VAS scores of the observa-tion group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The observation group showed significantly higher nursing satis-faction and SF-36 scores, with significantly shorter time to fall asleep and fewer nighttime awakenings compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Robocare intervention model significantly improves pain relief, enhances quality of life and sleep quality, alleviates anxiety and depression, and accelerates the recovery process in postoperative patients with uterine fi-broids.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
