康复护理干预对乳腺癌根治术患者术后康复及睡眠质量的影响研究

摘要

目的:分析康复干预对乳腺癌根治术患者睡眠、康复效果.方法:选取2021年1月至2023年厦门大学附属第一医院肿瘤内科收治的乳腺癌根治术患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机抽样法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例.观察组以康复护理干预,对照组以常规护理,比较2组干预前后上肢功能恢复情况、睡眠质量.结果:干预前,2组上肢功能恢复情况及睡眠质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),干预后,观察组上肢功能较对照组高,睡眠质量评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:康复护理干预有利于患者上肢功能的恢复,并可改善睡眠质量,适于用于乳腺癌根治术患者.

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on sleep quality and recovery in patients under-going radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods:A total of 82 patients who underwent radical mastectomy for breast cancer at the Department of Oncology,First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University,from January 2021 to 2023,were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=41),receiving rehabilitation nursing intervention,and a con-trol group(n=41),receiving routine care.The upper limb function recovery and sleep quality were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in upper limb function recovery and sleep quality(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the observation group showed significantly better upper limb function and lower sleep quality scores compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Re-habilitation nursing intervention promotes the recovery of upper limb function and improves sleep quality in patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer.It is suitable for clinical use in such patients.
