The Influence of Anxiety Identification Combined with Advantageous Content Incremental Health Education on the Psychological State and Sleep Quality of Patients with Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Objective:To analyze the application value of anxiety identification combined with incremental health education fo-cused on advantageous content in patients with generalized anxiety disorder(GAD).Methods:A total of 72 patients with GAD ad-mitted to the Neurology Department of Ningde City Hospital affiliated to Ningde Normal University from November 2022 to Novem-ber 2023 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 36 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received anxiety identification com-bined with incremental health education focused on advantageous content.The changes in psychological status and sleep quality between the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the psychological state and sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of anxiety identification and advanta-geous content incremental health education has a significant effect on improving the psychological state and sleep quality of GAD patients.
