Objective:To analyze the effect of high-quality interventions on lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and ex-plore methods to improve negative emotions and sleep quality. Methods:A total of 60 lung cancer patients undergoing chemothera-py,treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2023 to December 2023,were selected as study sub-jects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=30),which received routine nursing care, and an observation group(n=30),which received high-quality nursing interventions. The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)was used to compare changes in psychological status before and after the intervention, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to assess changes in sleep quality, and the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30)was used to evaluate changes in quality of life. Results:After intervention, the CD-RISC scores of the obser-vation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower, and the EORTC QLQ-C30 scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality interventions significantly improve sleep quality and help lung cancer patients undergoing chem-otherapy maintain a positive attitude towards treatment, reducing negative emotions. This approach is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
