Objective:To explore the efficacy of"exercise-psychological-sleep"intervention method in improving sleep quality in lung cancer patients. Methods:A total of 54 lung cancer patients treated at the oncology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2023 to August 2023 were selected as study subjects.Participants were randomly assigned to either a control group(n=27),which received standard nursing care,or an observation group(n=27),which underwent the'ex-ercise-psychological-sleep'intervention.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms between the two groups. The European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30)was used to evaluate sleep quality improvement, and the Cancer-Related Fatigue Scale(CRF)was used to assess fatigue improvement. Results:After intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, while the EORTC QLQ-C30 sleep quality scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Additionally, the CRF scores of the obser-vation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The"exercise-psychological-sleep"intervention effectively improves anxiety and depression, enhances sleep quality, and reduces fatigue in lung cancer patients. It is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
