Objective:To explore the impact of humanized intervention on the psychological state and sleep quality of emergency patients. Methods:A total of 86 patients admitted to the Department of Emergency Medicine at Longyan Second Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group(n=43),re-ceiving routine emergency care, and an observation group(n=43),receiving humanized intervention. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results:After intervention, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed significant improvements in sleep quality, with the observation group demonstrating better sleep quality(P<0.05).Addi-tionally,sleep-related indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after the interven-tion(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized intervention for emergency patients not only effectively improves sleep quality and re-duces negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, but also helps maintain a healthy psychological state and increases patient satisfaction with care. This approach is recommended for clinical application.
