Objective:To explore the impact of precision pain intervention combined with positive psychological suggestion thera-py on physical and mental stress,as well as sleep quality in breast cancer surgery patients.Methods:A total of 100 breast cancer surgery patients admitted to the Department of Head,Neck,and Breast Surgery at the Second Hospital of Longyan from 2022 to 2023 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=50),receiving routine nursing care,and an observation group(n=50),receiving precision pain intervention combined with positive psychological suggestion thera-py.The two groups were compared for pain intensity,negative emotions,sleep quality,and nursing satisfaction.Results:After the intervention,the observation group showed significantly lower pain scores,anxiety and depression scores,and sleep quality scores compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Additionally,the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Precision pain intervention combined with positive psychological suggestion therapy effectively improves sleep quality,reduces anxiety and depression,alleviates postoperative pain,and enhances nursing sat-isfaction in breast cancer surgery patients.Its application value is significant.
